Quint Marento.  If only one man has single-handedly shaped modern cinema in the way it has been shaped, it is Quint.  The film world was in a dire state in the mid-late 80s.  It really was.  Hmm.

Remember "Big"?!  What was that all about?

Anyway, it was with a little controversial independent low-budget high concept film called "The Hogarth Chronicles" to kick the industry up the arse.  To read about the man who directed it, Quint Amadeus Marento, buy my biography of him for 39.99.  Euros.

QM Timeline


1957 - Quint Marento born to a mother with a dwarfism and a roaming priest named Goodeuse, in North Carolina.

1963 - Kennedy assassinated.

1977 - Quint's short-arsed mother screws his parole officer and he is free after breaking someone's nose with a pogo-stick.  Or breaking someone's pogo-stick with his nose.  Details on this are blurry.

1989 - "The Hogarth Chronicles" released.

1990 - "Blue Slowdance" released, directed by Tony Dott, from Quint's screenplay.

1992 - "Complete Works" released.

1993 - Bill Clinton becomes the President of the United States.

1995 - "Wife Disposal" released.

1999 - "Parasol" released.

2004 - Quint is currently working on his new movie, "Kamikaze Blade".
